You require
1. Permanent Account Number (Pan card)
2. KYC Complied status
2) first time, Can I pay invest amount directly to AMC by online.
No, You can't.
You have selected HDFC, FT and DSPBR Mutual fund for your investment in mutual fund.
I checked websites of above three mentioned mutual funds.
In HDFC Mutual fund and Franklin Templeton Investments, if this is your very first investment in mutual funds then need to fill up an application form and submit to any of our investor service center and along with that also apply for online access.
In HDFC Mutual fund to do online transaction you need:
- An existing folio
- An email ID
- HPIN (HDFC Personal Identification Number).
In DSPPBR Mutual fund:
New Investors not having a folio:
Apply to get a Folio and PIN: New Investors who wish to open an account can apply for a zero balance folio and PIN using a dedicated “PIN Form (for New Investors)” and submit duly filled form to any of DSPBR mutual fund offices.
Create User Id to Login: Upon receipt of Folio number and PIN, new investor has to create a User Id in DSPBR Online to log in using the folio number and PIN.

This is going to be one time process, Visit nearest mutual fund office fill the application form and do purchase (lumpsum)or sip , so this helps you to create folio in that mutual fund.
4) when can I eligible to pay SIP amount by online
When you become existing investor in that mutual fund scheme.
5) how to create userid, password and any other identification details when I pay SIP amount by online.
That process is very easy, even i have 3-4 blog positing on these topics, you can refer those, or if you need any other help feel free to ask.
